Licenses Types

There are four license types in the OneHub/Collect ecosystem.

When you create a NFT you have the option to choose a License Type.

The four to choose from are Commercial Use, Personal Use, View Only or Unassigned.

Below are details for each type.

1. Commercial Use - NFT may be used for commercial purposes
   1. Personal Use
   2. Commercial Use
   3. Can buy merch
   4. Sell merch up to $10,000 per month
2. Personal Use - NFT may be used for private use and non-commercial purposes.
   1. Personal Use
   2. Cannot be used for Commercial Use
   3. Can buy Merch
   4. Cannot be used to sell merch
3. View Only - Intended for collectible use only, cannot be used for merch or commercial or derivative works.
   1. Personal Use
   2. Cannot be used for Commercial Use
   3. Cannot buy merch
   4. Cannot be used to sell merch
4. Unassigned - The Creator has not set any license type, use at your own risk and choice
   1. Personal Use
   2. Cannot be used for Commercial Use
   3. Buy merch with attestation
   4. Sell merch with attestation
5. Default License settings
   1. Imported NFTs: Unassigned (with option to assign after importing)
   2. NFTs on OneHub: Personal Use (with option to change to Commercial or View Only at time of minting, and only upgrade post-minting)
   3. SnapNFTs (typically minted on Collect): Personal Use (with no option to change)
   4. SuperSnaps (typically minted on Collect): Personal Use (with option to upgrade to Commercial Use)
